These terms govern your use of TalkedAbout (https://talkedabout.ai). By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to them.

The service

TalkedAbout queries public AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) with realistic customer questions about your business category and location, analyzes the answers, and delivers reports scoring how visible your business is in those answers.

What we promise — and what we can't

• We promise to run the queries, score the results honestly, and deliver your report. One-time audits are typically delivered within an hour of completed onboarding, and are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
• AI assistants' answers change constantly and are outside our control. A report is a snapshot, not a guarantee. We cannot and do not guarantee that AI assistants will recommend your business, or any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.
• Recommendations in reports are our best professional analysis, provided as-is.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, self-serve, at https://talkedabout.ai/manage — or email sam@trytalkedabout.com and we'll confirm within 1 business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep every report already delivered. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Reports are for your business (or, on the white-label plan, your clients). Don't resell or redistribute reports outside those terms, misrepresent their contents, or use the service to scan businesses you have no legitimate interest in.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
